How many covers does a restaurant do nightly?
I am doing a project for Food Service Management and I need to know about how many covers a restaurant (Family-oriented) does per night. The menu is slightly upscale and their are 340 seats, also the restaurant would be located in a popular area. Thank you in advance :D
