Do advertising executives majored in Marketing in college? &more ques.?
i checked a website of a potential university, and saw that Advertising was a major under Communications not Business. I'm very confused. Isn't advertising a sub category of Marketing? If so then why were they in separate "schools" (school on communications, etc.) Also, i checked the website for another potential university but noticed that marketing wasn't part of the major list, but its a business school so how can Marketing not be a major if the university is filed with many majors?
